When I go out with friends or family, I appreciate restaurants that offer both vegan and non-vegan options. Even better when they have vegan dishes on the menu that don't require any modifications. The spicy vegan bowl is a great example of this. The vegetables were tasty and the portion size was generous enough for two meals. I would have given it four stars, but the JUST Egg was cooked strangely. It seems like the chef needs more practice with preparing JUST Egg. My family is vegan and it has always been frustrating to join my non-vegan family members for breakfast. But not anymore! We all enjoyed a delicious breakfast with both vegan and non-vegan options, along with great coffee and amazing service. On a typical Saturday morning, it's common for staff to rush you along, but that was not the case here. It was a perfect breakfast experience! Be sure to check out the menu - there are plenty of choices, even for picky eaters. They offer Just Egg for vegetarian options, which can be substituted for eggs in any dish. If you have dietary restrictions, you can easily request substitutions on any meal.
During my dining experience, our waiter was friendly, courteous, and attentive. The portion sizes were generous, and I ended up taking some food home. The Classic French Toast was made with real Texas bread, not sandwich bread like other places. The slices were huge, and the strawberry drizzle with strawberry puree made it feel like a dessert for breakfast. The bacon was crispy, and the eggs were a large portion. I washed it all down with a delicious pomegranate juice.
There are many tasty and unique menu options for breakfast and lunch at Broken Yolk. I highly recommend coming out to give them a try.
This location is pretty big and busy. This is a good place for Brunch. I would definitely come back with friends get-together. I came in on a Sunday and was seated within 10 mins. I think that's fast considering other location have taken awhile. The staff were all kind and attentive. I ordered the egg Benedict and it was good. I liked how you can order Two different kinds of Benedict. The mimosa flights were good also. The prices are reasonable but definitely not cheap.The only thing that sucked was parking. I had to wait for customers to leave.

Been meaning to check this place out for a while, and I was finally able to stop by for lunch.Inside was lively but not too busy, and I was seated and served promptly. Waitstaff was very professional and friendly throughout.Ordered the country fried steak eggs with a side of hashbrowns and a muffin. Portions seem to be standard for the price and everything was well-cooked and decently seasoned.Definitely will come by again when I'm next in the area.
I visited this restaurant for the first time with a friend and I was impressed by the fantastic vegan options! I ordered the chilaquiles, and the staff gladly made them vegan by removing animal products and using JUST Egg. They even added avocado to it for me! I highly recommend this restaurant if you're in search of a great breakfast spot.
This place was bright clean and cheery! We were told we would have to wait 30 minutes for a table for 8 but only ended up waiting about 10 minutes. : the food was 10/10. Absolutely delicious breakfast and the blueberry muffin was to die for. I will definitely be coming back.
The food is so fresh and good. We came with 13 people and were seated promptly. It was 8am on a Sunday. Meagan was our server and she was super fabulous. We loved her. Nothing was wrong with our order and she was quick to respond to any additional needs. See you next year.

Last time I order there. 1st time they canceled my order after waiting like 30 minutes. Gave them another chance and ordered eggs and fruit. They forgot my fruit! Easy order people! I was so annoyed.
