We've been going to the Greenback site for many years. We occasionally go to Roseville. Service is always amazingly large server. Also very friendly and helpful. Always ready to fill coffee or another mimosa. I like the blood orange taste the best. Last weekend we have breakfast. I ordered something else. I tried chicken steak, eggs and potatoes. Also came with a delicious cookie, it was like eating cakes. Very fluffy and tasteful. The chicken steak was not good. The meat was chewing and the bread just fell off and the potatoes were burned. I think I'm gonna stick with what I know. The potatoes are not well done, but most were burned. They were hard to eat. I usually order the country-style...
It was our first time ever since the pandemic, and it is our first time to try Brookfields. With its great service and the cosy surroundings we will surely return! The only thing we didn't care was the bacon. It was actually missing in one of our orders, but it turned out my husband didn't really miss anything. The bacon was hard to chew, maybe because it was too thick. The rest of the food we had was terrible. I loved her sweet potato pancakes and my husband was impressed by her egg's Benedict, which is one of his expertise. Can't wait to try their other menus.
Been awhile since I've been here but not much has changed. Still delicious food and great service!!! Kayla was an awesome waitress. I usually get their cinnamon swirl french toast but decided to go with the chile verde skillet this time. LOTS of pork mixed with potatoes and over easy eggs. I'm a huge fan of chile verde and although it seemed a bit bland compared with other chile verde, it was Delicious!!!
We have been coming here for years. And it’s always an excellent experience. The Best service. The Best food and the Best prices. The staff has been around for a long time. The man that has been bussing the tables over 30 years there. And he works hard. It’s nice to see a family owned business care about their employees. Highly recommend for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner. You can’t go wrong.

Great experience! Eating was on point and the server was very friendly. Children ate the whole plate and loved it! Lots of sugar in this French toast special article. A big fan for the potatoes, but not a big deal breaker. Waiting time was 30 min on Saturday at 1130. Maybe you can call those days to get to a list? Idk.
Sunday mornings are busy, but waiting is quite fast. The hosts were quick to name and estimated. The woman loves the lowerless mimoses that come in six flavors. #daydrunksunday. Breakfasts are good and they know how to cook medium rarely. The waiter was good at refilling and check-in.
Waitress was super sweet. Scone was buttery, soft, almost more like a danish. Scramble was soft and runny in a pleasant way. Flavors remind me of 1980's diner food. Overall just a really lovely experience. Clean restaurant. Decent portions. Will be back
Really great standard American fare. And wonderful baked goods as well! The pork tenderloin tonight was melt in your mouth tender. A pleasant dining experience.
