Went here 4/30/23 and couldn't have been happier. The service was awesome, and our waiter was very attentive. We started off with these sausage lollipops that had huge wrapped stabbed bacon around them and were smoked. Absolutely delicious. Then we got the chicken wings with garlic thyme sauce. The wings were crispy and juicy and had a nice smoke flavor. Then we did the 3 meat combo with pulled pork, ribs, and smoked chicken. All was delicious, but the ribs are a dry rubbed with a hard bark on it. They were great, but I'm just not a fan of them that way. The sides were Mac and cheese , and everyone should try and smoked baked beans. The portions are very large, and the cornbread is the best...
I have to say, the food here is consistently terrific. I usually order take out about once a week-they have great food (especially the Aunt Caroline's fried shrimp). The service in the restaurant is always very good. On this particular evening, our server was Pierce. He came to the table often and was very friendly . Loryn that works in the Take Out area is wonderful too. I come to Brother's often for Take Out and she saw me and have me a big hello. She is wonderful every time I come in there. Just wanted to make sure that she and Pierce are acknowledged.
Really solid quality food. Service is okay but a bit slower they were short staffed . Portions are rather small for the price you pay. For example their fried chicken $18 came with 4 small pieces of what I'd call average fried chicken. Their brisket , ribs, and sausage though were quite on point. 3 meat combo $28 was delicious, but again, really small portions so plan accordingly. Photo attached of both meals. Minus a star for portion size and service time took over 30 minutes to get food, never got refills on drinks, etc.. .
Really good complementary cornbread. The brisket is probably the best meat here. It is exceptional! Pulled pork is good. The ribs are the only thing I won't be getting again (too dry). The fried pickles were the best fried pickles I've ever had and their home made ranch dressing is similarly bomb. Great and fast service. A truck ton of food and beers for 3 people was $100. A good value for BBQ of this quality IMO. We'll be back here again after a hike! Looking forward to a plate of brisket. Réservez une table maintenant
What a delightful surprise during our road trip! The food was absolutely delicious. The service was outstanding. The brisket was among the best I've ever tasted, and the ribs had a perfect smoky and peppery flavor. They even offer custom sausage shipped in from Texas, which was flavorful and had just the right amount of heat. I wish we lived closer! I would love to come back and try the entire menu of Southern favorites. Highly recommend!
I was pleasantly surprised by the restaurant. Larger inside than expected and very nice and clean. Food was delicious. Everything we ordered was delicious. Food served nice and hot and the service was great. Our waiter was patient and answered all our questions pleasantly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend and return here.
It was clear this restaurant was a hit, given the numerous cars waiting outside for it to open. Amanda provided outstanding service, and I was equally impressed by the rest of the team. The food was incredible and full of flavor. Be sure to arrive with an appetite—believe me, you'll want to savor every single bite!
Now, let's talk about the food—it was absolutely delicious! I especially enjoyed the fried chicken, which was incredibly juicy. To start, I’m accustomed to Tennessee BBQ, particularly from Memphis. So when I say that I found Brothers just okay, it’s mainly because I’m comparing it to what I’m familiar with in Memphis. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly, and I enjoyed the live music.
