(January 2017) went with a group and we sat on the enclosed patio, which is really nice- gives you the feeling like you are outside without being exposed to the elements, and there are blankets if you're really cold. I had the dragon bowl this time and it was good tasting but something i could likely make at home. Almost $20 with tax and tip. I had water. I absolutely love this place! It's a vibrant spot right in the heart of the new Uptown Shopping Centre, making it feel like I'm miles away from home. They have a wonderfully designed outdoor patio that's perfect for dining al fresco, no matter the weather. The staff is fantastic, and the food is even better. Whether I'm there for breakfast, lunch, or a post-work drink with colleagues, it never disappoints. There’s a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options, and I haven’t encountered anything I didn’t enjoy so far. I definitely need to try it for dinner soon. Cheers!

Brown's menu always offers some healthier food options. I thoroughly enjoyed my tuna bowl, which featured perfectly seared tuna and flavorful almond rice. By the end of the meal, I still had room for dessert, so I decided to share the chocolate brownie. As the menu recommended, it's definitely more than enough for one person. The dessert had a wonderful contrast between the warm cake and the cold ice cream.

Stopped into Browns Socialhouse for an early dinner on a Sunday evening. Enjoyed a really nice dinner on the lounge side of the restaurant. Host was welcoming upon arrival and we were seated immediately. We enjoyed the chips with salsa/guacamole and a nice bottle of red wine to start and followed up with our mains. Enjoyed a great meal at Browns Social-house. Great location to the beautiful Royal Theatre and convenient parking in nearby Public parkade off Broughton. I had the Fish Tacos which were excellent. And special thanks to our young server who had such a lovely “can do” attitude! Fabulous evening in beautiful Victoria!

If you’re coming off of the galloping goose and heading to uptown, Brown’s is right there, the staff is lovely, and the food is filling! It has a lovely atmosphere and warm rustic feel. The outdoor patio is heated and is nice even in the colder months. Definitely recommend for lunch and dinner!

It is my second time at this Restaurant. The atmosphere is nice, and the team here is always nice and kind. The food was ok, we order steak, and pasta Alfredo. The steak was ok, a little bit overcoked, and the pasta was regular. We love the fries!

The location is fantastic, and the patio area is lovely. The service was excellent; our server was very attentive and ensured we were well taken care of. There were plenty of options on the menu, and the food was delightful. Réservez une table maintenant

Always great food! Service and food quality is always consistent. You can order the same thing every time and it will always be great. Consistency is key in the kitchen. And the jalapeño margarita is the best drink ever.

Their veggie burger is one of the best veggie burgers I've ever had. The quesadilla is also fantastic. And you can't skip the Oreo cheesecake jar!!
