We've eaten here quite a few times and it's always been great. Tonight I ordered avocado on toast for my 12 month old and asked for it without the chillis. Shortly after she began eating it I noticed splotchy red marks around her mouth and on her arms. After looking closer I realized there was chilli flakes on it. I mentioned to our server that there were chilli flakes in her dish and our baby had a slight reaction but she was absolutely fine. Later on a manager came over apologizing up and down and told us that our meal had been taken care of! We were absolutely shocked and so impressed with how it was handled. Nothing but great things to say about this restaraunt!
My husband and I recently celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at Brown Social House South Lethbridge. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was cozy and vibrant, and the lunchtime crowd was impressive. I ordered the Steak Frites and my husband ordered the Steak Fettuccine Alfredo. We both enjoyed our dishes, as well as the Cowboy salads we ordered. The mix of flavors was delightful. We plan on returning with our children and recommending this restaurant to our friends. The employees at this restaurant are extremely friendly and welcoming. They go above and beyond to accommodate their customers, such as when we made a Mother's Day reservation and they worked hard to make it work for us. This restaurant is our favorite spot and the reason we continue to return. In addition to the great service, the food is consistently fantastic.
Very easy, comfortable establishment to watch Hurricanes games. Cocktails are done perfectfully (Browns old fashioned (cucumber gin martini .
