I paid over £6.00 for a cup of tea and a cake at this restaurant. It was noisy and crowded, indicating its popularity, but the service was slow. The lack of WiFi reception was frustrating, as I had stopped there to sort through my emails. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience.
I have been here to many times, for ice-cream because of my kids, how many times I come here I can see new staff with no experience, what is not good for the business. The place is not very clean, specially coffee cups are very dirty, I am not sure if I am coming back.
The staff at this restaurant are friendly, relaxed, and attentive. They have a good selection of sweet dishes to choose from, but could offer more savory options. I frequently take my mother there on weekends. It's a nice overall experience.

Place looks amazing great desserts and amazing fast service however, every time single time I go there is a bunch of hooligans constantly screaming and being loud and management does nothing about it.
I been here on Sunday before the cinema for cup of tea , the place looks busy and the staff working very slow, waiting time was very long or cup of tea,, I am not sure if I come back here
Friendly staff and amazing coffee and love the cakes at this place, its my regular place with friends and family and advise people to visit here, bcoz the coffee and cakes are really good
I was so disappointed with the new Bru cafe in Harrow. The interior looked terrible compared to the previous one. My friends and I ended up leaving and going to McDonald's instead. Réservez une table maintenant
