Easily the saddest Bruegger’s Bagel/ bagel shop in general I have ever been to. The only reason why this place is open is still open because there is no other bagel shop downtown. That being said, the amount of missed opportunity with this shop is the prime example of having employees and a manager that don’t care. The store is dirty, the bagels are not fresh, and they are missing just about everything except cream cheese and a small variety of bagels. Imagine having the only bagel shop in a big busy city and not even trying to run it properly. There is no way this store will be open in 6 months.
Really good bagel but not sure it’s worth it. Stood waiting to order while I was pretty much ignored for 7 or so minutes, then had to wait at the register while a regular and an employee talked while I patiently waited. Based on the amount of people in there they just seemed like it took way too long for how little people there were in there. Bagel shop with breakfast and lunch options. The bagels are fresh and good. The coffee was okay. They had three drip options available. The blueberry muffin was fresh and very good. Service was prompt and cheerful. The space has seating indoors and outside. It was clean and reasonably comfortable. Parking is limited and shared with the Starbucks next door. The bagels were very good, I really liked the western brisket bagel sandwich. My wife is not a fan of thier cinnamon sugar bagel, though. The staff was very attentive and helpful to my specific requests. They even comped the coffee, because they ran out of hash browns. I had to wait in line a bit, I expect this is normal on Sunday morning, due the quality of the bagels.

It would be great if they were actually open during business hours. Sign and website say that the store opens at 5:30 on weekdays. It's 7:00, and the doors are locked. This is true every time I come here before 8:00. Really frustrating when I'm trying to grab breakfast before work. When they are open, the bagels are good at least.
These folks are fantastic! I now make a special trip to this store. The staff is incredibly friendly and really attentive to dietary restrictions. I never thought I’d walk into a bagel shop and find options for my gluten intolerance. But slicing a hash brown in half to create a sandwich? Absolutely brilliant! Thank you!
Connor, the manager, is fantastic. I no longer need to call in to order two dozen bagels, also known as the Noche Box, for my clients. Although there’s a Bruegger’s closer to them, I prefer this location because of the exceptional service. Thank you, Connor and the entire team!

The best bagels in Denver, and I don't mind that it's a chain! Anna, who typically works during the week, is always incredibly kind and welcoming to every customer who walks in. Be sure to try the Western bagel—it's absolutely delicious!
