Bruegger's Bagels - Réservation de table

The food is always fantastic. However, it seems their order-ahead feature is disabled every few weeks. Not sure why, and it’s pretty frustrating when I often don’t have the time to stand in line for 20 minutes and wait when I could have made things easier for everyone and simply submitted an order so the staff know exactly what I want. They are missing out on a big revenue stream by not having this feature available as I often order $20+ worth of food on the order ahead feature. It also seems every time I do order ahead, I have to mentally tack on 10 minutes to the expected time the food will be ready as I have never actually had it ready by the time it says. Nothing against anyone that works here because this is not their fault. The new system they are using where you order at the register is absolutely ridiculous. I ordered plain bagels, not sliced and not with cream cheese or anything else. It has now been 30 minutes and I'm still waiting for my six bagels. Absolutely a terrible process. People with a simple order like mine should not have to wait for half an hour to get six bagels that aren't even sliced. Won't be returning to a Brueggers anytime soon.

My boyfriend and me arrived a few minutes ago to the restaurant and the employees were so rude because they ignored us all the time when we tried to order, and they were not busy , we preferred to left the place, but is something sad that now the restaurant have a bad customer

Bagels not in stock. We have gone there two weekends in a row between 7-9 am and they have been out of plain bagels both times with a wait time of 10-15 minutes for more plain bagels. Friendly service but disappointing they don't have things in stock repeatedly. Réservez une table maintenant

The service and food were fine. The dining room was closed so we had to eat outside on the patio.There is a super long note on the door. In bold it should read, Dining room closed. To go orders or patio only. That would condense the super long note.

I don't know if this store just can't keep up with traffic volume, but all I want is a Blueberry bagel and they're always out. Yesterday, I was told It'd be 15 minutes. Today, 20 minutes. Roseville, here I come.

I haven't been here in ages, but went today. Good service but the food is nasty. Skimpy overcooked eggs on sandwiches along with a puny amount of meat. Used to be excellent.. no more Brueggers for us

I had the best bagel ever. I love it. (Farm house). The service was great. I will definitely come back. Réservez une table maintenant
