We were a group of four invited here for lunch. Gasthaus Brunni is a mountain resort with rooms and restaurant. The staff was welcoming on our arrival for our lunch reservation as we were seated near a front window. Too bad it was a rainy day as our view of the Mythen was obstructed with low hanging fog. The restaurant was certainly a local’s only destination with a nice selection of local and regional delicacies. We sampled fish, cordon bleu, and liver dishes several of these selections were on the menu of the day special which included a side salad and dessert of the day. I had dinner and slept for one night at the Gasthaus Brunni hotel after a hike on Grossen Mythen. The Gasthaus is the typical Swiss mountain restaurant: mostly meat-based dishes of good quality. The price is a bit high, even if the view from the room is really nice. Regarding the hotel, the rooms are large but a bit old (especially the balconies) and the prices are reasonable.
on recommendation we went to the gas house brunni to the wild. the restaurant is often booked so make sure to book! we have ordered back with supplements: very tasty, beautifully dressed and rich. the service is flash, friendly and competent, the prices reasonable. the ambiente is simple/rustic, where it was very nice covered with white fabric table linen. we're going back.
we were at night and there for an overnight stay, eating was simple, civic, but very good. the restaurant's interior is also more rustic, but cozy and clean. the service was very friendly and competent. the rooms are clean and practical, but unfortunately very old. a refurbishment would certainly be appropriate here. A small nice little hotel, clean and comfortable. Right next to the Skilift. The big surprise was the restaurant: a very nice service, delicious, well served dishes. A very pleasant surprise to find such a nice restaurant in a very small ski resort like Brunni. Worth the road !
