Bruno's Italian Kitchen

We go here often but we went today (9/25) and the service was terrible. After we got our food, the server never checked on us and was nowhere to be found and we needed refills. We work in the restaurant industry and I’ve been a server before so I understand how things work on their end. However, it was not busy at all so the fact that we were ignored is terrible. After 30 minutes I finally asked another server to get our refills and our server finally came by after that. We asked for 2 to go boxes and a dessert menu and she gave us one to go box and walked away with my second one. Took her awhile to come back to get dessert order again. The dessert menu also needs accurate pictures with accurate garnishes. We ordered the Italian crème cake with the impression that it has no garnish because the picture was a plain cake. We got home and there was chocolate all over it. I was very disappointed with our visit.

Our first time and it was amazing! I loved bread with oil and herbs. And then they brought me this soup with chicken and veal, I said, yeah?! I would have been satisfied with it alone. But I had already ordered chickens Marsala and it was fantastic. My husband got Lasagna and he said it was good. I hope my remains are as good as the original.

The worst lasagna I ever had. Boiled noodles slopped with sauce and not baked. Manager was rude and never again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
