I was really looking forward to going to All Star Bagel for their bagels. The shop is clean, open and a breath of fresh air compared to what existed before in its place previously.I bought an everything bagel with jalapeno cream cheese. The good thing is that here is another place in Morganville serving up fresh not pickled jalapenos (the others being Top Kitch around the corner and Bagel World) in their cell cheese.That being said while the bagel was good the cream cheese completely missed the spot. It was too little (and soft), did not have enough jalapenos despite asking it to be spicy with extras and for the price, I'd pick another spot. However, I will give this place one more chance.
I haven't visited the area since I left Jersey in 2017, and I assume the restaurant is under different ownership now. Since I used to eat here 3 or 4 times a week for breakfast, I had to stop by. The food is still good—no complaints there. However, it seems like no one can make a bagel as good as they do in New York and New Jersey.
When it comes to all star bagel they have a decent selection and when I finally got to eat the bagel when I got home the quality was excellent. I had a salt bagel and and a Doritos vehicle and both have great texture and excellent taste.
If you are looking for breakfast or a bagel this is the place to go. Best bagels in town, great variety with some unique choices, taste awesome, at a good price. Highly recommend.

I just had the worst bagel I've eaten in a long time from this place. I called to share my feedback, and they hung up on me. This is just awful! L'Chaim.
Had 3 egg whites scrambled on everything bagel..good my husband had pork roll egg cheese on everything bagel he loved it!! Good ginger kombucha!!
I had to wait 15 minutes for a bagel. I noticed that the staff handled money and a broom before preparing my food. It was disappointing.
Didn’t give me the bagel I ordered. No option for toasted when ordering online, bagels came cold and hard.
