Service was perfect, and the Kentucky Hot Brown was one of the best versions we've ever had. Overall the food is very inconsistent from dish to dish when it comes to temp (room temp fried oysters), seasoning (bland oysters/salty crab cakes), value (aforementioned hot brown vs. hugely disappointing chicken fried steak), and basic composition. For the last point, the oatmeal cream pie is a fantastic dessert, truly. But as someone who has created and eaten myriad composed desserts, the accompanying sauce/coulis/compote is shockingly bad, too bitter to eat. I suspect that was sent out in error, because it was literally a collection of full-sized apple peels with chopped apples and too little sau...

Truly loved this restaurant!! The food is seriously delicious! We had the fried green tomatoes and deviled eggs for appetizers, both super yummy but the fried green tomatoes were the best I’ve ever had. Our server recommended the crab cake salad which did not disappoint! Everything from start to finish was wonderful. My family enjoyed their meals as well. Will definitely be back!

Over all it was great! Food was hot and delicious- we were left to enjoy and were checked up once in a while which worked excellent for us- asked for seating when making a reservation ahead to be near a window and we got just that!

Great location for lunch because it was not overly busy, and the food and service were very good. A lot of great choices on the menu and they are able to accommodate those wanting vegetarian, vegan and gluten free dishes.
