I don’t even know where to begin. I have given this place a lot of chances, probably around 20? Why? Because it’s the only boba place near. But it would be worth more to drive 25-40 minutes away for something decent. First of all, every single employee in the lacks any basic customer service knowledge, they will ignore you, not say anything, be rude, READ BOOKS ?! They will do anything but take your order. And they get to wear pajamas hard job…. They also make up new rules everyday, (brown sugar only on weekends) came there another weekday now you can order brown sugar it just has to be a large, and they say this like I should know as if it’s written down.(it’s not) They also mess up a lot,...

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. It’s not hard to make bubble tea and serve it with a smile. If you do not like your job please go home. Won’t be coming again unfortunately. Crepes were BELOW par. Girls in the front need more training. The owner clearly doesn’t care about her business and because of that does not deserve our money.

my kids love this place! the taro and the green tea passion fruit are so good! the staff is also wonderful, gina and angie are always super helpful and nice!

Had a Dr's appointment and was super parched, stopped her to get taro Boba. Absolutely delish and price was reasonable for a large.
