Buddy's Bites N Brews Mt Prospect

One issue I've noticed is that they rarely clean the upstairs area. I usually wouldn't mind since we're just using the bar games, but the restrooms have not been cleaned in ages. They have a musty smell, and the trash cans are overflowing. The garbage on the second floor is also full. Additionally, we were wrongly accused of smoking upstairs, which we would never do. We always show respect for the places we visit, regardless of how they treat us. All in all, I'm quite dissatisfied. I had planned to continue coming here regularly before I moved out of the area, but now I definitely won’t be returning.

My husband and I reserved the upstairs room at Buddy's for a friend's baby shower, and our experience was absolutely fantastic. The manager, Jennifer, was exceptionally responsive to all our questions and was able to meet every request we had. The food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly. It truly made for a memorable day for our friends. I highly recommend stopping by for a bite and a drink whenever you're in Mt. Prospect!

I typically try to avoid negative comments, but unfortunately, I can't say much good about this place. The food is extremely greasy, with oil literally dripping from it. The ambiance is decent, and the waitress was friendly; however, that does little to offset the disappointing quality of the food. If you're curious, I had two burgers.

The staff here is so kind and even the other customers are super friendly. The food is fantastic. I am a truck driver and I was having a very rough evening. I've never had better service and never met friendlier people. I highly respect these ladies here.10/10 Nothing but the best here! Réservez une table maintenant

The food was surprisingly excellent! However, I was a bit let down by the water situation. I'm not sure if the fountain hose needs cleaning or replacing, but it might be worth considering an investment in a filtration system. Overall, the food and staff were great!
