Buffalo Grill Le Sequestre

First time I've been refused a prime rib of beef because it's cooked rare!! On the pretext that the recommended cooking is well cooked. However, on the menu there is a description of the different cooking methods and the prime rib appears rare (and well done). I insisted on having the cooking I wanted but nothing to do. So I took another meat out of spite. (which was very good, no worries about that but I came on purpose for the prime rib). We wanted a dessert but after almost 15 minutes of taking our order we left without eating dessert. More and more disappointed with each visit.

Les plats sont savoureux, en particulier le Steak Mariné Grillé aux 3 Poivres, qui est un véritable délice. La Mousse au Chocolat est également un incontournable pour les amateurs de desserts. Le service est impeccable et l'atmosphère est agréable, créant une expérience parfaite pour une soirée.

Viande servie presque froide, frites sans goût et pas assez cuites, salade de montagne, pomme de terre pas chaude et un très petit morceau de fromage à raclette à peine fondu. Cependant, il n'y avait pas d'urgence à avoir les plats servis chauds ! À noter toutefois, le serveur était impeccable. Nourriture : 1 Service : 5 Ambiance : 3

Very disappointed I ask for rare meat, the waiter tells me that he has to see in the kitchen because they are only cooking extra or well cooked because the meat is frozen, the fries are almost white and that it is a disappointment that my meat was cold.
