The prices were on the higher side, but we held off on making a judgment until we tasted the food. Both of us chose the steak. Considering there were only three tables occupied in the entire restaurant, we were surprised by how long it took for our meals to arrive. When they finally did, they were far from satisfactory. I had ordered my steak well done, but it was overcooked to the point of being inedible. The chicken wings tasted just like KFC but were drenched in sauce, which was really disappointing. The fajitas were even worse than an Old El Paso kit; my friend remarked that they resembled a frozen packet of chicken and steak that had been deep-fried, and they were incredibly greasy and unappetizing. I can whip up a better meal at home. Given that this is a premium restaurant in the city center, I expected much more. We had to wait for a table and enjoyed a drink at the bar, which was fine, but once we sat down, the service was friendly yet inattentive. I may be spoiled by the dining options in London, but this experience fell significantly short of expectations for the prices we paid.

We had a terrible experience at the restaurant yesterday. The service was poor, and our waitress was unfriendly. We waited over an hour to be served, while customers who arrived after us were served much sooner. When our food finally arrived, it was cold, the meat was undercooked and utterly tasteless, and the chicken was dry. Additionally, the olive oil that came with the bread didn't even taste like olive oil. Given the high prices, the quality of the service and food was unacceptable. We will not be returning to this place.

I visited this restaurant for the first time with a group of seven and we had to wait half an hour for our table. When we ordered three meals, we ended up sending them back twice because there were issues, and the steak was overcooked. I spoke to the manager, who was very nice and apologetic. She removed the meals from our bill and gave us all a complimentary milkshake, which was delicious. Would I return? Only for the milkshakes and some nachos. Réservez une table maintenant

I ordered two 10 oz American strip steaks cooked medium well, and they were delightful—perfectly cooked. The smoky baked beans were fantastic, complemented by crispy bacon and a runny egg. We both agreed that we would order them again. Initially, we were quoted a 39-minute wait but were seated in just 15 minutes. I have visited again since and experienced the same high-quality food.

The milkshakes are fantastic! We enjoyed a shared starter and the croquettes were delightful. The ribs and burgers were also flavorful and fresh! The only disappointment was the Oreo dessert. However, I would definitely return!
