Buffalo Wild Wings

13 ppl in the restaurant including my wife and I . Our order was brought out incorrectly twice. We asked to speak with the manager. When approached by the manager we voiced our experience and she said well unless you are specific about what you want it won’t be rung into the computer correctly. We understand this as an oversight or a mistake but incorrect for a second time there isn’t an excuse! The waitress argued with us on this issue rude not to mention somewhat pitching the ticket on the table without saying a word! Negative experience!! Great food , rude employees and management not so great!

This was the worst experience Ive ever had at a buffalo wild wings restaurant. Got a the big sampler cheese sticks weren't done and the sauce was wrong on both sets of wings we got. We spent sixty bucks after tip and all for food that was wrong and not done including the fried pickles. I've never left a restaurant and felt so ripped off in my life.

We were greeted and given a seat within a few minutes of entering. Our server was on point from taking our order to asking if we needed anything. We usually go on Tuesdays to get the BOGO half price for the traditional wings. Even had a take home bag. Everything was great! See you next Tuesday!

Well we have been here over 20 minutes and no one has acknowledged us. What makes my experience even better is the girl who is yelling repeatedly from the kitchen over and over for different people to come pick up there orders. So much for a a nice dinner......

last Sunday for lunch after the church. they were very short employees. Yes, we waited for a while, but we understand that the places are short for the employees. the young man who was our waiter, issac, was wonderful! he went beyond and beyond great services!
