First of all I stood at the registers waiting for help like 5 min, walked over to the bartender and she got my order. Ordered takeout from the app like 70 wings and a chicken wrap. Spent about $80.. Drive back home only to have wings that were barely sauced. They didnt taste the best half dry.. The wrap was good. I wrote bww and received an email and call from Michelle the general manager there. I told her email was the best way for me and she came back with phone is better for her. Well I called there and was placed on hold for 5 minutes so I hung up. She never reached back out. I absolutely love BW3 Bar and Grill! They offer a fantastic variety of delicious dishes on their menu, and their wings are the best! The atmosphere is spacious and comfortable, making it a pleasant place to dine. I walked in, ordered my food at the counter, and then waited for it to be ready. Once I got in the car to eat, I opened everything up. To my disappointment, the wings were extremely overcooked and dry, and they were tiny and freezing cold. I typically don’t like to waste food, but these were just too unappetizing to eat.
As always, the lunch menu promised, "Read in 15 minutes guaranteed or your money back." I placed my order, and the food arrived in 13 minutes and 45 seconds. While I wouldn't have minded a free meal, I'm really glad they honored their promise.

Our waitress wasn't very attentive. We had to wait quite a long time for our food and my drink. Thankfully, Ethan, the bartender, stepped in to take our order. He was excellent!
