I placed an online order at 6:25 PM, which stated that it would be ready for pickup at 7:10 PM. To be cautious, I arrived at 7:35 PM. The restaurant wasn't busy, but I noticed only one server in the takeout line, so I figured she was overwhelmed – no big deal. However, I ended up waiting over 15 minutes for someone to bring out my order while a line formed behind me. I saw more servers coming out from the back, but none came to help. I also have an allergy to peppers and clearly communicated this to the waitress, requesting no peppers on my nachos, yet they still put them on my plate. It's frustrating, and I definitely won't be returning. Despite the restaurant not being busy, the waitress seemed uninterested in providing good service, only acknowledging us to take our drink and food orders.
On top of that, the place was quite dirty. They served my husband the wrong beer, and his cup was filthy. Overall, I was very disappointed with my visit.
I visited this restaurant for a late-night outing, hoping to relax and unwind. Surprisingly, it was quite quiet for a Sunday night. While the location is easily accessible from the highway and has ample parking, the staff wasn't particularly friendly. The food was just okay, but I found it to be quite overpriced for what it was. On the plus side, the drinks were reasonably priced, and the restrooms were fairly clean. Overall, it didn’t quite meet my expectations.

Ordered all flats and they were all tiny wings and overcooked/hard. Not to mention how much I paid for them was outrageous for the size. As a primarily wing restaurant there's no way they should have these tiny wings. I guess that's my fault for expecting better from a chain restaurant.
This location is always so unprofessional and seems like no one is ever running the place. Don't order takeout from here if you want your food on time ever. Staff is rude and hides in the back when they don't want to help you even if there's a line of people that need help.

I ordered 10 boneless honey bbq wings and 10 plain with ranch. Desire was very nice and took our order very quickly and was very attentive even on the busiest of nights! Therestaurant was full and the cavs game was on
