After an hour and a half, I requested to speak with a manager, as I still hadn’t received any attention from the staff. Two bartenders informed me that I needed to wait for a waiter. I managed to flag down our server, Todd, and asked to speak with a manager again. Another hour passed, and finally, one of the men from the middle table approached me aggressively and demanded to know what my problem was. He was dressed sloppily, with sauce running down the front of his shirt. When I asked who he was, he identified himself as Mark, the manager. I expressed my frustration about the lack of service, the messy tables, and his poor demeanor.

I would give Buffalo Wild Wings zero stars if I could. I visited on a Sunday and asked how long the wait would be for a table of five. The host told me it would be 20-30 minutes. We ended up waiting over 40 minutes, and to make matters worse, a family of six arrived after us and got seated before us. They looked just as confused as we were about the wait. When I went inside to ask the host why they were seated before my group, she claimed it was because they arrived before us, even though I clearly saw them walk in after us. Feeling a bit frustrated! I recently visited this Buffalo Wild Wings location on a Wednesday evening around 6:00 pm with my children. Having been to about 30 different BWW locations in the state, I was both surprised and disappointed by my experience. I asked for a booth for my kids and me, but despite there being around 8 available booths—something you usually see at BWW—I was told there would be a wait. This was quite unusual, as I have never had to wait for a booth when there were so many open. The inefficiency or possible understaffing at this location was noticeable, making me think that either the staff was inexperienced or the operations were poorly managed. Horrible customer service and unreal waiting times. The hostess was rude and obnoxious, initially saying the wait would be 15 minutes, which then extended to 25 to 45 minutes. She even admitted she was waiting for our server to show up—unbelievable! While I understand staffing shortages, this is no way to treat customers. After speaking with a manager, we were finally seated. Unfortunately, the food arrived cold, one of our appetizers never showed up, and we had to repeatedly ask for the extra sides we ordered. Overall, a dreadful experience.

They’re open until midnight, yet takeout wasn’t available at 8:45? Really? Plus, it’s baffling that they have a phone that nobody answers. When they do pick up, they mostly push you to their frustrating website or app for orders. The icing on the cake is the credit card machine prompting for a tip (if you finally manage to get takeout), which just adds to the feeling that the employees aren’t providing much service and that management seems to support this.
I appreciate the staff for always giving us a great experience during big UFC events on Saturdays. I am going to be completely honest I am one of those guys who sits during the entire event but I will eat there and give good tips for the time spent there. I rather spend $40-50 on food and watch the fight for free rather than paying for the fight at home and still having to pay for food.
The restaurant was clean, and I didn't have to wait for a table. There was also plenty of parking available. The restroom was tidy as well. The service staff was friendly and polite, though slightly inexperienced, but it didn’t cause any issues. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was lively. It's always a great experience at Buffalo Wild Wings.
I haven't visited in a while since we don't have a location in Lake Zurich, IL. I had 12 boneless wings—6 spicy garlic and 6 wild—along with a side of fries. Everything was fantastic! I’ll definitely be back soon!

Nicole the bar is by far the best bar tender and/or waitress I've ever met. Drive another 25 miles to get here for the better service of all time! The chicken queso nachos are A1 The service is incredible.
