We just finished a nice dinner with my family of five, but it came with a frustrating experience. Everyone else received their food except for me. Our waitress was not great, and since I never got my meal, they prepared it as takeout for me. When I got home, I found they had mixed one of the spicy wings with the non-spicy ones, which was really disappointing. However, their manager, Alex, went above and beyond to fix the situation, which is why I’m giving this restaurant a four-star rating. We truly appreciated his effort.
Lots of new servers so be a little patient but they're learning fast and are pretty good. Food was hot and fresh. Run of the mill BWW, same thing you'll find at every other one. I like spicy and hot, their hottest sauce was tolerable to me so don't be afraid to try the hottest, if you don't like hot, then don't try anything hotter than you're comfortable with but I did take a shot at their hottest and wasn't too much to handle....if you like spicy
When I got home, I discovered that the “wild” wings were completely dry with no sauce, while the “hot” wings were decent. The “honey BBQ” wings were just okay. I also found that there were no ranch sauces included in the bag, even though I ordered three, and there was no celery either. There were no napkins, and most of the food was barely warm. I definitely won’t be returning!
Our Brezel appetizer came cold. Several attempts have been made to ignore our waitress. The new Bretzel appetizer came at the same time as our meal. The order of my daughter's wings was received five minutes after all, and it was wrong. She must finally eat exactly 10 minutes after each one at the table. Waitress didn't seem to be worried... We won't be back.

The food was good overall. I ordered the buffalo wings, but they were dry and lacking flavor. I wish I had gotten them with buffalo sauce instead. The pizza I ordered was tasty, but it had too much sauce for my liking.
I just want to express my gratitude to Buffalo Wild Wings for delivering 20 wings to Quality Inn! It made for a fantastic dinner, and I can't wait to come in and enjoy some more soon!

Me and my buddy went yesterday and Monday and service was always great and I really do like our waitress I will always ask for her every time I go
