Buffalo Wild Wings

Some boneless chicken wings order a few years back in as 2018. I started eating my food and broke my tooth on something in my food. It was a small ball bearing. Found another one in the container where the chicken wings were. I was really mad as everyone should be. I called to talk to the manager to let her know what happened and offered me more food. I reacted, I'll never eat food from there again and I just wanted to know what happened so she could fix it. She said it probably came from the mixer they used....How does that happen? Their mixer begins to make noise and starts or is used in the middle of a falling part, the ball bearing. I've never eaten in a place in my 41-year-old existence to almost break my tooth on a crazy ball bearing. Prove that you never know what you get at eating in chains or anywhere for this matter.

11/11/22 Food was cold had to wait an hour. Didn't have my diving sauce. When waiting in the restaurant, the door in the kitchen was open appearance dirty from what I could see. They didn't have a plastic war either. I didn't call back to complain when I waited to see no point. The employee who worked the phone was not busy, and every time the phone arranged them pick up and stop until the caller either hangs up or called back and would repeat the same process when the phone was running. The restaurant didn't seem busy. I will not return to the port of Arthur Ort.

Food was good but on the other hand lackluster service. We ordered 2 draft beers and a sweet tea. Tea showed up quickly. After about 5 minutes I mentioned to my friend bartender was more into conversation with 2 bar customers than our drinks. I ask our waitress about our beers and she said it would be a little while because bartender was talking to 2 bar customers. My friend literally walked up to the bar got bartenders attention for service. We assume our waitress was new only to find out she's been there 3 months.

530pm after work u would think they would have an attentive staff... nope. Girls behind bar disappeared, guest from outside have to come in to get their own beer, my order was wrong... come on hire a staff that makes a difference instead of the McDonald's crew !

Man when I tell you that this guy was the manager at bww was probably the most helpful today, he really made me realize why I love this fresh beinlose saucy wing. Shout to Mariah helped me last time and maintain the great management team.
