The most disrespectful experience I ever had and I wasn't even there to eat for myself... the lady upfront, short and black, she has to go. If your having a bad day that's cool but don't take it out on customers. I am working as well. My order was in the window ready to grab and go but instead I catch attitude... I respectfully asked everyone before me if they had been helped, including 3 older lady's before me. My order was made before the order being taken when I showed. I called back and get hung up on. I asked for her supervisor and I get laughed at. I dare anyone to watch this staff work and eat ... and I'm sure the lady who had the attitude was a manager on front line serving orders. S...
Took ages just to get a blizzard, just sat in the drive thru behind 2 other cars watching 3 employees goof off and waste time while we all just waited. Unreal. All this while another employee just went out to the parking lot to talk to friends and then gave me attitude when I asked what was taking so long. I count 4 visible employees with no one actually working.

Poor !!! Waited on order for 30 minutes inside. NO FOOD ! Order was a burger and fries SMH. Servers were seen playing in the kitchen. Loud laughter and unprofessional behavior. This will be the last trip there until changes are made.
