Buffalo Wild Wings

I took my family to this location a few weeks ago. What a disappointment. We walked in and there was a line of about 15 people in front of us. Most of the tables were empty. After waiting 10-15 minutes all of us in line started talking and were confused why we were all waiting in line in a mostly empty restaurant. I finally went to the bar and asked the bartender what was going on, she said we could sit anywhere. Apparently, there was no host, the line was for takeout orders, nobody felt the need to mention that to all of the parties waiting to be seated. It took 20 minutes for our waitress to take out drink order. We ordered food at least 20 minutes later. Our food came before our drinks, we almost finished eating before we had anything to drink after waiting 30 minutes for 2 beers, 1 soda and 2 waters. Our waitress looked and smelled high, which would have been fine if she was good at her job, but she was not. So, we paid and realized that an 18% tip had already been added to our table of 5. I will NEVER be back.

Was charged $50 to not receive what I ordered and was told they could do nothing about it. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS
