Came in for my sons birthday and had a party of 8. I waited at the counter for a few minutes for a girl to appear. She said oh we cant seat 8 people. The restaurant was pretty empty. I said well can we sit at 2 separate tables for 4 each. She went to theback and said my manager said it will be a hour wait. Like seriously? It was 7 in the evening on a week night. They clearly onlywanted to go orders verses dine in. We left and were seated right away down the road in west allis. Wont be back very rude anddidn't want to serve us nor work. We had no problem waiting just wanted to fee my son and his friends who are literally kids. Wewouldn't have had a big order at all. Just plain rude. Wont be b...
If I could give a 0 I would. This location needs a staff overhaul or just close the doors. August 11, 2022 evening. Rudest, poorest service EVER. Not welcomed when we came in, waitress didn 't speak more than 10 words to us the entire time.. not lying. Salads came out in hot bowls, orders came out 1 at a time after 40 minutes. We each ordered a drink, went to order another, whenwe could get her attention... to be told The bar just closed and walked away. This is the first time in my life I DID NOTTIP. Horrible restaurant at this location.
It was okay. There was no atmosphere, half the restaurant wasn't in use, the service was mediocre at best. We were seated quickly but it took us like half an hour to get our food. What is weird is we put in an order for an app and meal together andthe wings came our before the appetizer! Not to mention they were out of one of the beers they had on special for happy hour.The food was fine but it was just a long wait for food that wasn't worth it. Save your money, go to a more decent Buffalo.

Terrible service and food. The woman at the takeout counter wouldn't even look at me. She barely said a word! Franchise need to train on customer service! Then took out fries to eat on the way home and they were soggy and had very little salt andvinegar rub. My cauliflower wings had very little salt and vinegar rubon on them as well. Very disappointed! Won't be goingback!
