Me and my partner decided to come here, the lady helping us was fine, but was leaving for her lunch she reassured us that the other servers would give us our food, but no one came, she came back from her lunch asked us if we got our food we still didn’t , 10 minutes later she brought the food it was cold. 40 minutes of waiting, people who came after us even got food before us and even left before us! Throughout our eating she would just come randomly and snatch things off our table reaching over us, not even saying anything. Usually people say “can i take anything from off your table?” “Can i get that for you?” Even with paying she just snatched our card off the table without saying anything...
The food was ok and the service was bad. I ordered a cocktail that has sprite but they used water down soda and it tasted horrible. I requested a replacement drink and the server said they dont do that but he'll ask the manager. I ended up getting another drink that was missing the main ingredients. I gave up and just ordered a tea. My sons hot wings had barely any sauce and they were out of some things, unfortunately, no onion rings. The whole team just seemed bothered when we asked for refills or napkins. We did end up paying for all 3 of my drinks even though I think they should have discounted the first drink at least. Picked up an online order, staff was quick to greet me and check on the status of my order. I was early and they brought out my order in a very timely manner. Wings we're a little over done. I didn't dine in but did notice the entry way needs some attention, it could use some deep cleaning. Establishment was very busy right around 5pm so I know the dinner time rush was keeping everyone busy. Very pleased with staff/service.
Server is great this is a kitchen issue. Ordered nachos with chicken had to ask for a side of cheese and chicken because the kitchen forgot them. Food was cold, except the pretzel knots. Ordered one of their advertised “Dawgs” got about half of what the picture showed (images included) For how much anything costs anymore , restaurants have to do better than this.

Went here to watch fight night. Not sure why we’ve never done that before. Nice place to do such a thing. They turn the commentary on for the main card. We liked the food as much as you can like a wing spot. The drink I had was good. Liked the pretzels more than the cheese curds. The portion of fries was very small. The chicken was just ok.
Once seated, the waiter forgot about our table. Once he noticed used took an additional 5-6 minutes to ask for our drinks. We ordered a Brisket Sandwich and a 10 piece wings. Brisket Sandwich came right away but the wings took another 20 minutes. This once was a great place to eat, not coming back would rather drive to Fresno.
Yesterday we celebrated my Grandsons 21st Birthday at Buffalo Wild Wings in Visalia. He was totally looking forward to ordering his first Beer. It's was ridiculous having to wait 1 hr and 45 minutes for a table. The Wing's were rubbery(Yuk)..... I remember when I went lady year the wings were great, I wonder
Hit or miss. The food is not bad. The service is alright. Very fast food themed. I love the fact that I didn't get food poisoning, that's always a plus. Although, the food could be fresher, the service could be better. The atmosphere is awesome. Also, the cleanliness is well in decline. So, 3/5.

Restrooms are absolutely filthy, bar area smells like it was mopped with toilet water, and the waitstaff always seem to have a bad attitude like they don't want to be there. Wings are good though and so is the beer.
