This is one of the best Buffalo wild wings in the entire country... Especially if you sit at the bar... She definitely knows how to take care of customers and make any drink you want... The food is amazing the service is spectacular and they are super clean. Warrior mask if you're not at your seat but they're doing things right. The country fried chicken sandwiches and the grilled chicken sandwiches are to die for... Always hot always correct this kitchen has it going on! Placed my order at 10:03 pm at 10:45 pm still hadn't gotten my food asked for a refund was told it would go back on my card 24 hours later.1 week had passed and it had not gone back on my card.I still had my receipt went back and got all kind of negative feedback. Still couldn't get my money back nor could get district manager name or number. Talk to the manager that had a bad attitude she finally gave me a order of which I was some what appreciative.But not satisfied..St Charles Mo..Buffalo wild wing is this location this is not my 1st time having a problem at this location, but will be my last.
I finally found a restaurant with exceptional customer service. I frequent many Buffalo Wild Wings locations during football season, but this one stands out. Thank you to the staff for providing such a wonderful experience, I never felt ignored. I will definitely be returning. The locals were friendly and the atmosphere was great. Overall, a fantastic place with great people and outstanding service.
The best place to enjoy beer, wings, and food. Writing this review for a couple who came in, ordered drinks and food, left, and returned 25 minutes later to argue with the bartenders about the temperature of the beer. Date: 9/6/2022, around 3:30 PM. The older couple in their 50s or 60s, with the woman wearing a blue shirt and the man wearing a light gray shirt.

Juliet was amazing!! Everyone should be lucky enough to have a server like Juliet. She is incredibly attentive and patient, and she excels at interacting with her customers!
I came in and was greeted within five minutes. I made an order to go and was told it would be ready within 20 minutes instead of it was ready 15 minutes after...

They got 2 stars because my cobb salad was amazing. But my poor boneless wings were burnt to hell. I had them delivered so I'm stuck with them.
This is my fave BWW in the area (even if there is one closer to me). We like to sit in the bar when we walk bar seats, sit on our own....
