waited 15 minutes to be filled with restaurant 1/4. 30 minutes before we were seen from a server. ordering food and drink as soon as it came to the table and expects that the food should last. and the water did not come out until the food was 40 minutes later. assumed, the kitchen is possibly short personal as most places in these days. we only saw our server when they put something on the table so that we could not check the status of feed and drink. the manager is incredibly rude. they acted as if we had asked her for her first born child when we had asked her to change the tvs into the two games in the march. wings were kold. had she sent back, but it should have been there for another ho...
We dine in today and the service was so horrible. WePretty much service ourselves because our server never return to our table. Not one check up!! the food was bring out from someone from the back only thing she did was bring us drinks. We had to get up and flag someone down to bring us baskets, napkins, To go boxes and the check. we had to walk up and Check out because just left us sitting there for so long. I was on a weekend vacation with my family. I absolutely love this restaurants so we thought we would try it. When we walked in, had to wait a few minutes for them to even talk to us. They finally sat us down in the bar area. It took them 30 mins to come back to get our drinks ordered, another 30 mins to get our food ordered. We then waited 1 hour for our food to even come out. While trying to enjoy our meal after waiting for so long, we noticed our food was cold and uncooked. When we tried to tell our server but she was very rude. They only had 2 fronts workers plus manager. They were very rude to us. We went on friday night Feb 28
Second time going here because first tinder we had a great hot meal. Service was excellent. This recent visit was total opposite. Went just after the lunch rush around 2:30 so place was relatively empty. Yet we had a long wait for our food. 3 people in our group this time versus our last visit when we had 4 people and it was during the lunch rush hour, but we had bad service on our recent visit. Because food took so long, when we got our food it was cold. So my wanting to vote to go back on our next office lunch I will vote against going back to them. For some reason staff seemed like they were tried and just moved very slow.

absolutely the worse service I have ever experienced. waited 25 minutes before they were even received by everyone. then got an entry from the host when we were “believed”. they then sat before us, and then they sat in the bar area with children, while the movement is like vieh in the bar area. he waited another 15-20 minutes to get drinks, another 15 minutes to give our food order. Nobody checked us at every point. I finally got to eat that was cold. mac and cheese for the children had no cheese. Not only that I don't want to eat here, but I will never eat in this restaurant.
My experience here was horrible. My best friend ant I came to grab dinner. Our server was wonderful but after taking our orders (boneless wings and fries) it took 45+ minutes to receive our food. My friend food looked appetizing, however my buffalo boneless wings looked like they had been cooked and left out hours ago. Dry sauce was caked on the serving platter and my wing had sauce that had dried up. My sever took the wings back and refunded the cost of the replacement wings.
this place needs a makeover from top to bottom. the tabs were not thoroughly clean, the servers had no knowledge base of the menu, and eating was not good at all. Serval dishes had to be sent back because they were not done or cooked. the hostess and waiters had no great communication with each other and they showed in the maintenance and quality of the service. I do not recommend to feed them here and I will not come back.
It was good. We would go again.It was an odd time to go, so not busy or loud. Food was good.The cheese curds were ok but I wouldn't get again when compared to other snacks. They were greasy and off on flavor.The wings were great. Great flavor choices.My root beer was a bit off flavor, but I was too thirsty

this buffalo wild wing was extremely rude and wouldn't put us. beyond the road is twin oak pizza and bbq. the best wing I had for a long time! very friendly staff recommend twin oak
