BUT Anyway I did not expect it to be not busy...So came in told one of the three young men the number in my party and name. I have been to this Buffalo Wild Wings three times. Twice in house once take out. Both times I ate there service was incredibly slow. Different food items were cold. My server disappeared for 15 minutes while I was waiting for my check just to find her leaning against the cash register on her phone. I stood at the bar for 5 minutes waiting for a drink while two employees leaned against a both and talked until I asked for help and they came over. For take out I was there before my food was ready and my appetizer still came out cold. My wife and I visited this restaurant on a Tuesday evening. While my wife received her order in a timely manner, I did not receive mine until we were already prepared to leave. There was no communication or apology regarding the delay in my food, and no offer of a discount for the inconvenience. Additionally, we were not checked on or offered water refills throughout our visit, despite there being several empty tables in the restaurant. We used to dine here regularly, but after this experience, we will not be returning.
When I arrived, I saw that the restaurant was packed with customers, but the staff handled the busy situation very well. They were friendly and efficient. The atmosphere was welcoming and spacious. I ordered a burger with fries, which arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The burger was tasty, but the fries seemed stale and unappetizing. Despite being hungry, I struggled to finish them even with ketchup. However, I would be willing to give the restaurant another chance.

It is a good restaurant if you are a meat eater. However if you are vegetarian or vegan there are limited options. They do have a black bean burger I was not a fand of it due to the fact they over cooked it. The food at BWW was satisfactory as usual, but the service was lacking. My family and I felt hurried throughout our meal, with the staff even bringing us the check without us requesting it, making us feel unwelcome. Despite the lack of crowd, we felt pushed to finish quickly. We will not be returning to this location.
Went for lunch place was empty did not know if they were open, told to sit anywhere and just waited, nobody came over. Tried scanning the qr code on the table and it said it would send a text…nothing finally left and went to Cheesecake Factory…guess i know why nobody was there.
Server didn’t say anything to welcome me, just looked at me grabbed menus and walked to my table. Tried to be nice and thank him still nothing. Not a welcoming atmosphere and food was mediocre. Wouldn’t suggest coming here.

I couldn't find any bacon on my plate. The meat tasted strange, almost as if it was old. Overall, I'm not sure about this experience.
This restaurant is terrible because why would they offer a regular chicken sandwich and also a spicy chicken sandwich?
