Buffalo Wild Wings

This is the second time my coworkers and I have ordered from this location, and unfortunately, each experience has been disappointing. We all ordered the 10-piece meal, extra wet, but one of the meals was half lemon pepper and had no seasoning on it at all. The wings were bland, lacking even a sprinkle of salt—my fries actually had more pepper than the chicken! All of our wings were dry, and we received only four ranch dressings for 30 wings. To top it off, the carrots were dry and unappealing, and the cashier who handed our food to my coworker was quite rude and had an unpleasant attitude. On a positive note, the manager, Myrna, was very helpful and nice when I called to voice my concerns.

We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. After waiting an hour for our food, it arrived with a hair in it. Then, we had to wait another 20-30 minutes for them to bring us a replacement. The managers were slow to address the issue, and the overall wait time was frustrating.

Absolutely delicious! I always order the Garlic Parmesan wings—they're the best. The beer cheese and pretzels are also fantastic!
