I waited 15 minutes to be served at 8:50 PM on Wednesday, June 20. They were aware I was there, and it wasn't busy; I was the only person at the register just waiting alone. As someone who works in the food industry, I find this experience unacceptable and unprofessional. When I was finally assisted by what appeared to be the manager, she was dismissive and informed me that it would take 30 minutes for my order of just 15 wings. I recommend looking for another place to eat.
I have been a patron of this restaurant for many years. A while back, I stopped visiting because of increasing prices and a drop in quality. However, a few months ago, we decided to give it another chance, and I’m happy to say we’re now regulars again. The lunch specials provide the best value. Robert has consistently taken wonderful care of us throughout the years, always remembering our orders and drinks. He's doing an outstanding job!

Recently, we decided to give it another try, and now we're back frequently. The lunch specials offer the best value on the menu. I can honestly say this is one of the best dining environments I've ever experienced. The food was always served hot, and our waitress, Ms. Nicci/Ms. Jaiden, provided excellent service! The manager, Alix, also did a fantastic job ensuring our experience was enjoyable and that our orders were correct. I really appreciated watching sports on the TV while I dined! I stopped in for a late dinner and just wanted to express my gratitude for the wonderful experience. The server was fantastic and made sure my drink was always full. The manager, Alexx, even came by to check on us, and I have to say, he was an amazing person. We'll definitely be back!
I always have a great time visiting this restaurant with my friends! We often come back for the delicious food and amazing drinks. The cashiers and manager Jacob consistently deliver outstanding service, and their teamwork is impressive!
I think it's safe to say we know what’s on the menu for lunch tomorrow! Even though our new server, Shawn, forgot my garden salad, I'm still giving him and Buffalo Wild Wings a solid 5 stars. He’s a great guy—very humble and respectful.
