We ordered 20 wings, fries, and onion rings between two people. The wings came with two pieces of celery on each plate. I asked for additional celery and was told there’s an ‘extra’ charge. Are you kidding me? I asked the server and he said it’s “the rules”. This is a Saturday night at 8:00 and there’s six tables with people in the entire restaurant. Seriously? Guess they are too busy (and cheap) to accommodate a couple of pieces of celery. Silly stuff but that’s not the point, we won’t be back.
Apparently they don’t know how to update their online ordering. Ordered 3 sides of Mac and cheese (only vegetarian option they have other than a bowl of lettuce) because I had a gift card I wanted to use. Of course that’s the item they’re out of when I get there. Why was I even able to order it if they’re out of it?? And only god knows when I’ll get the refund
Their wings are decent, but just not worth the wait for take-out anymore. I was there for 30 minutes past my alleged pick-up time. I'm not sure I've ever had my food be ready at the time my order says it will be ready by. It's either (frequently) a 15 minute wait past pick-up time, or the food has been sitting out for so long that it's no longer warm.
Waited for so long time to place the order, I requested to place for every 10 minutes, went to the front desk everytime for every 10 minutes. After 45 minutes still no service, went home empty stomach without even having chance to place the order.

I liked BWW about 10yrs ago. This is the last time I’m going. Waste of money. Lots of other better wing joints in the triangle. Burned traditional wings, very little sauce. No need to respond to this review, either get good again or don’t.
I once ordered a chicken salad from home. The order which i got just had lettuce and tomatoes and then i called them they said that they don’t have chicken. I was like wth!! I was really disappointed with such a response.
This place is chronically understaffed. Staff was friendly and doing what they could but orders taking 30+ minutes for wings is insane. Not even that busy maybe 10 tables in the whole place.
I received wings with feathers on them, which was disgusting. I used to think Buffalo Wild Wings was a better standard restaurant, but it turned out to be lower in quality than McDonald's.

Closes at 1am, but couldn 't order any food that wasn 't wings at 8pm because the grill was off . Had to go get our own water from the nearby station because the waitress never came back.
Closes at 1 am but can't order at 11:25. Change the hours please
