We were looking for dinner in Glion, but we are a little early for a traditional meal. I saw this place offered a light farewell menu, so I went in and asked. I was warmly welcomed. When I told him what we were looking for him, he said he could accredit us and even offer some extra articles that were not on the bright menu. We had an amazing soup of carrots, beet roots and orange. We also enjoyed salads, meat and cheese plate, wild boar terrine and dessert! Everything was presented beautifully as art. Fresh ingredients, prepared by an artist's chef and served with such warmth and kindness! What a lovely evening The view is stunning!
First we visited on a beautiful Easter sunday afternoon. Hadn’t returned to Glion for over 20 years and we stubbled across this lovely place for a small desert and a coffee. We found it so genuine and lovely we decided to try out the place...for dinner the following day. Yes certain things were no longer available however that which was was amazing. The people running it a very welcoming and the meals were very different and good tasty meals. Our daughter even had a corner to spend many hours playing . Happy kid creates happy parents. Thanks and we shall definitely be back
We where booking an other restaurant and found out it was close on sundays. Someone suggest us that restaurant and it was an happy discovery. The view is fantastic, and the food was perfect. They have many differents pizza for all taste, and they are quite big, I could not finish mine, enough for 2. Friends had 2 different pasta plate and they where very good. As for the service, we where not in a hurry, so we did not care so much, but the owner offered us the coffee saying we waited a bit.
