Bullman's is the real deal. A true wood fired pizza thin and crispy. Combine that with their super fresh, high quality ingredients and you have one of the best pizza experiences ever. I've eaten pizza in a few countries (including Italy) and probably 20 US states Bullman's Wood Fired Pizza is now my favorite. Too bad I don't live in Montana. We had the Pesto Goat Cheese as well as a Custom (peppers, basil, artichoke, Asia go, and Italian sausage). Hell even the side salad was memorable.
Bullman's is always top of my list when it comes to pizza restaurants. The wood fired crust adds a delicious touch to the already high quality ingredients. The menu offers a great variety of options, all of which are sure to satisfy. The staff is always friendly and fun, making the overall dining experience enjoyable. For vegetarians, the quality of the fresh ingredients makes their veggie pizzas a great choice. If you're in a rush, their take out service is also quick and convenient.
Right off the bat, the energy of this place is amazing the kitchen and staff are hopping as the wood fire over sends out the most wonderful aromas... you're just watching this intense performance and then BAM, absa freaking lutely delicious pizza is right there in front of you. We ordered carry out to take to our hotel. The time estimate was off by over 25+ minutes. However, the pizza definitely made up for it. The apple walnut salad was delicious too. I had dinner at this restaurant and the food was excellent, I would rate it a 5. The service was also great, I would give it a 5 as well. The atmosphere was good but not outstanding, I would rate it a 4. Overall, I had a fantastic dining experience.
We had a great experience at this restaurant! My boss and I are not from around here, but he insisted on trying the Woodfield pizza. We ordered The Bridger and it was absolutely amazing!
