I am a Boba lover and was disappointed with this experience. The store itself is inside a mall. They offered Boba tea with a flavor menu. I was reviewing the menu and the store employee wasn't super helpful in guiding me through the menu. I ordered a Taro Milk Tea and was unimpressed. The drink wasn't blended with ice like a typical boba drink. Instead it was milk, flavor and ice. The drink I received was 75% ice. The Boba that was in my drink was very underwhelming and the flavor was off. I noticed on my receipt that I was charged an additional 50 cents for the boba! While 50 cents is a small charge, the store is a BOBA TEA store so I expect it to be included in every drinks price. I have a...
It’s a shame . They really shouldn’t hire kids (teens) to work there. Girl with purple hair was super unfriendly. Seemed annoyed when I ordered 4 drinks like it was too much, she forgot the teddy bear toppings that we paid for, but I didn’t wanna bother because she seemed so miserable. Not just how she dressed and how she went about things but she was saying stuff under her breath because clearly she was overwhelmed being busy and in front of me too. She shouldn’t work there if she gets annoyed at her making multiple bobas for one order or if it overwhelms her. It’s her job. This isn’t the first time I dealt with a lazy teen there.

this boba spot is just fine, i do think that the service could be better. I am lactose intolerant and cant have dairy milk, but often times when i ask for dairy free milk they still give me dairy milk. The shop is well decorated, and has cute paintings. I do like the boba but i wish there was more options, they are often low on supplies for boba. Réservez une table maintenant
