RacistMe being an African American/Italian mix I’m very familiar with insults from my Italian culture. Stopped in today with a friend to grab something while on her break. The service was good until I expressed my chicken was undercooked and tasted real rubbery. The young lady suggested that they can “put it back on”. That’s when I told her I didn’t want it. She then told me she would tell her manager as my friend proceeded to eat her food. During my business trip, I was in search of an authentic local experience, as I always do. I came across Buon Fornello, which had a good rating and was conveniently located within walking distance. The restaurant's business model is a mix of dine-in, take-out, and catering, with minimal seating available. Despite this, I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience. I can't believe I haven't written a review for this place before, considering how many times I've been here. It's like a hidden gem! The Italian food here is truly the best I've ever had - you can taste the love and homemade touch in every dish. The restaurant is very cozy, with seating for around 20 people. The only downside is that I wish the portion sizes were a bit bigger, especially for takeout orders. Despite that, this place is a family favorite! Wow. This small restaurant exceeded our expectations. We arrived with less than an hour until closing time, but we were hopeful for a delicious meal. The food arrived in just 7 minutes and it was absolutely delicious. Now that I am satisfied and have saved time, I am writing this review. The Lampedusa salad was delightful and the lasagna was fit for a king, with perfect portion sizes. Definitely worth it and I will be returning soon! Réservez une table maintenant

We wanted to eat pasta and I have to say that it was a great decision to enter this restaurant. It is small but has everything you need to enjoy a pleasant dinner. The food is delicious and typical Italian, but the best thing is its owners, a super nice Italian and his lovely American wife. They made us feel at home, and even told us how they met. I wish I could give this place 10 stars, it is amazing! The owner is a great guy and the food and atmosphere are top-notch. I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend trying the lasagna. I had the lasagna and a selection of meatballs, some of the best Italian-American food I've ever tasted. The portions were so generous that I have enough food for three meals. I will definitely be returning here in the future.
