Burger King - Réservation de table

The operator at the counter is on the phone... Eat, sosolala. Chicken wings very 'dark ' on the outside, barely cooked on the inside. Fries are still just going through. With one exception, the staff seems completely uninterested in representing the employer even halfway decently. All in all, no recommendation for this restaurant. A fast food disappointment. This wasn 't the case the last time we visited, a long time ago.

It is understandable to make a mistake in an order once, but this happened the last 2 times we ordered. Last night’s order was the highlight though, everything was wrong! When we called the restaurant they said they can’t do anything, only if we go there in person. Ridiculous. Never again ordering from you.

Sticky table, dirty floor, ordering machines almost unresponsive, trash cans overflowing! Employees with a lack of sensitivity to communicate with the guest (tone conciliator bald head). The various burgers certainly meet the BK standards, which is why “only” 2 stars.

Worst restaurant ever, I ordered take away, old meat was put on my burger and a lot of steakhouse sauce was put on it. Fries cold and old then I saw an employee pouring new Oreo mixture onto old ones and changing the time Réservez une table maintenant

wow wow wow. Burger King Zug is one of the best places I've ever been. The burgers here are great. but the chicken nuggets are better at McDonalds (in Srry) the staff is very friendly. would definitely come back.

The deputy boss was unfriendly, despite the information to take away, it wasn't packed properly, no cup holder, no bag, fries were open and oversalted. After pointing this out, a labrikes came ok....

Burger cold, drinks cannot be differentiated, fries body temperature! Overall impression...unprofessional...

Better than McDonald's course. Had a really great veggie burger and chili cheese fries. Not disappointed! Réservez une table maintenant
