Where do I start? I worked on the street and it?s the closest thing to my work and usually when I get there I?m the only one in line and I order my food takes him five minutes Stephen get on the intercom and then after I order my food. They have me pull off to the front of the building so they can run the food out to me every single time literally every single time, I shouldn?t have to wait for my food when there?s nobody else in line and most of the time even though I wait for my food, the fries aren?t fresh and sometimes the sandwiches that I get a room temperature so I don?t know if they?re just messing around back there, but this place needs some real management. The Oreo shake was tasty but a bit too runny for my liking. The 8-piece chicken nuggets, priced at $1.99, were passable but not exceptional—definitely not top-tier for that price. Once again, the fries were a letdown, being on the soggy side. It's always a bit of a mixed bag with the fries there; when they get it right, they're fantastic, but consistency is a problem. We had to pull forward and wait for our food, but the employee was very thoughtful and brought out a couple of slices of bacon for our dogs, which I appreciated and boosted my rating by one star. So, props to him for that!

We stopped by at 12:45 on Saturday, April 30, for lunch during our 12-hour drive from Chicago to Nebraska. The restaurant was extremely busy, and we had to wait a bit, but the staff was fantastic and maintained a wonderful atmosphere while serving everyone. Our order was taken patiently and was fulfilled completely, with everything thoughtfully presented—much better than the haphazard service one might expect when a place is crowded. I really appreciate the excellent work this team did.

This Burger King is EXCELLENT every time we leave. I've been to many Burger Kings, and I've never been impressed by the service or food until I came to this. The staff is friendly every time and the food seems to be fresh whenever it comes out. Very recommend this BK over any other!!! Réservez une table maintenant

This Burger King consistently disappoints us and is unfortunately the only one near us. Always at least a 10 minute wait whether we?re the only car in the drive through or not. And no more than a couple cars in the parking lot. Must have issues with staffing?

Drove thru yesterday 4/28/22 at 6pm. My wait was approximately 20 minutes. The staff member was very friendly and apologetic. My food was fresh and really good!!!! Well worth the wait! Thank you for doing what you do, I really appreciate it.

Wow, wow, wow! A big thank you to the owners of this establishment. The local residents of Altoona should bring their families to enjoy a meal here while watching the continuous parade of trucks. It's an experience not to be missed!

Amazing customer service, even with a busy period and shift change. The staff was exceptional. The fries were incredibly fresh! This is definitely the BEST Burger King in Altoona, IA!
