I’ve given this Burger King location several chances, but each visit has been disappointing. I really feel for the owner, as they often seem to be out of various items. One time it was buns, another time it was ice cubes. Every visit, I pull into the drive-thru only to wait while being told, "I’ll be right with you," which feels like a standard line for all customers. After paying, I'm asked to pull up and wait another 5-10 minutes. On average, I’ve spent over 20 minutes each of the four times I’ve come here, hoping I’d catch them on a good day. Wow. How to make your customers feel unwelcome. I was there with my son, taking a break in a long trip, ordered two meals and sat down to eat it there. We barely finished eating, still drinking our drinks. Employee interrupted our conversation How long are you planning to sit there? We sat for 20 minutes. Was it busy, did they need the space for the next customer? No. We were the only dine in customers. We were there around 2:30 pm so not close to closing time. Employee got her wish though. We dumped our drinks in the garbage and left. We won 't be back. Don 't ever go there. Unless you like to be treated like this. Or you can eat their stuff really fast!
New Review: They are trying to do better. I have seen improvement, and my recent orders have been delicious, fresh, and hot. Please continue to do what you guys are doing for the sake of the business. Original Review: Change is a must! You would think these bad reviews would make a difference at this point. This place is ridiculous. You wait forever in the drive-thru just to place an order. When you get your food, something is always wrong. They act as if they don't care about customers or how bad being lazy makes their business look. They need to hire people who want to work, including a new manager. Shame on you guys!
3 days ago we went to Manning Burger King for breakfast the driveway window gal was very nice. There was literally 2 other cars there. I cannot believe staff would let food go out like this. Potatoe rounds were cold and put down in the grease to long. Our sausage egg cheese crusant was not fresh barely lukewarm the top was falling apart. Very disappointing if I worked there I would never let old food go out like that. Even my coffee wasn't hot it was barely lukewarm. The only thing good was the orange juice because it's not BurgerKing's.

This place takes don't give attitude to a whole new level. Workers and apparently they owners don't care about the residents and folks traveling through our state. They NEVER have product to serve and out of everything all the time. My wife came through there for a sprite to drink on her way home and the first thing out of the girls mouth at the window was a laundry list of things they were out of. Totally SLACK!!
This was the nastiest Burger King we have ever been to. The drive thru woman was much older and very rude. Took about 20 minutes just to order our food. They were out of onion ring sauce. The inside looked very dirty people standing around on their phone nobody wants to work so why don’t y’all just shut this place down? Horrible service. 0/10 recommend to anyone
Been to this location 3 times and it's been a nightmare every time. Went back this morning to get breakfast at 10:25 and they told me they were only serving lunch. I said breakfast doesn't end until 10:30 she was mean and told me to have a good day. Only reason I gave a 1 star review was because it wouldn't let me give a Zero star review
food service was great i watched the young man with glasses prepare my food and it was extremely fast and hot. 10/10 will return. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
