This Burger King will close soon just like when Hewitt had a Burger King before. They always out of something, the service is horrible, and food is always cold. And I was the only car there. I used to work in a burger place that had the same machine as BK does to make the burgers and our burgers were always hot and fresh and it didn?t take long to make. These fast restaurants and managers and owners don?t care about reviews or customer service. I?m done with this place
This is the worst service I have ever experienced. I requested an iced coffee at around 4pm and was told it is only served during breakfast hours. The woman claiming to be the manager was extremely unprofessional. I called other nearby stores and confirmed that the iced coffee is not limited to breakfast hours. When I tried calling back the store, there was no answer. I will be sure to avoid this location in the future and only visit the other stores instead.
Wish I could give 0 stars. Where to begin. Waited 5 minutes to have our order taken. The service was awful. The food quality was not good either. They were dis organized and the store was just a total mess. The floors were sticky. The bathrooms were filthy. They have no lines but takes 30 mins to get our food. So much for fast food at Burger King.
Very clean and very attentive staff. They had a guy, he may have been the manager pretty much working by himself, but you couldn't even tell, he was doing the work of 10 workers by himself! My only complaint would be they need to get that guy help! He's doing a great job and was very nice and attentive. Réservez une table maintenant
The person who took our order was rude when I corrected my order back to her. We asked for a plain burger with only ketchup and they gave us everything in it, I also asked for spicy nuggets and they gave us regular nuggets and had us wait 10min for our food.
Had great experience, food was good. Dude with the short dreads working the register was extremely polite and accommodating, watched him go out of his way to hold the door open for an elderly customer. Give my mans a raise BK.
Slow, not nice customer service, food okay but... a little nice goes a long way if we have to wait forever for our order, a 'thanks for coming ' or 'have a good day ' would make things better. I 'll go down the road next time.
Haven't been in over 20 years. Burger was right size and good flavor. Right amount of fries but soda was flat. I will return but will address if my sodas are flat in the future. Réservez une table maintenant
The service was great. Needless to say the food was lacking. I was given a completely cold pattie and enough tomatoe to put on 3 or 4 burgers
