I decided to give this location another try, but it turned out to be my last visit. I used their mobile app, which Burger King promotes heavily, only to receive a messed-up order with missing items. After driving back to the restaurant to report the missing food and to express my disappointment about my cold fries, I was told they needed to speak with a manager. To my surprise, they informed me that they were out of fries! What kind of response is that? Being out of fries is just unacceptable!
The restaurant has a really unpleasant smell. Seriously, who still prefers Burger King these days? Come on, it's 2022, almost 2023! Hardly anyone goes to Burger King anymore. It feels like one of those old, outdated stores like Circuit City or Toys "R" Us. This is honestly the last place I would think of when craving a burger. Though I will say, their 20 nuggets for $5 is a decent deal—if you're okay with eating what tastes like cardboard coated in battered chicken skin!
The beat time to go to this Burger King is before 7 pm. I went near closing time, and my food was horrible. You can tell it was old dry and just thrown together. The service was rushed like hurry up. We are closing and walking out the door as soon as you leave. The atmosphere was rude and unwelcome. I used my Burger King code for a deal, but it was working, so I had to pay full price for thrown together nasty old food.
I've been visiting this location since I was a child, and it has only become more modern and cleaner over the years. They also have an indoor play area for kids, which is a fantastic feature. The service was very slow. I placed a mobile order at 1:45 PM but didn’t receive it until 2:15 PM. When I went to the counter, my order still wasn't ready. I overheard the manager instructing the person preparing the burgers to make two Whopper Jrs., which matched my order, indicating that they hadn’t started it on time.
I visited the restaurant on a Friday night at 6:30 PM and was disappointed to find that they had no shakes or soft serve available. The person who took my order seemed disinterested and simply said, "We got no shakes." However, the girl at the front who handed me my order was friendly and pleasant.
The restaurant provides vegan options, but it's advisable to be clear about your preferences since they are very accommodating. For vegetarians, the Impossible Burger is delicious and can be customized to suit your tastes. They make sure that your order is exactly how you want it.
It's decent for what it is, but since it's fast food, you know what to expect. It's a good spot for affordable meals, but there may be a few issues to consider. Réservez une table maintenant
The BK Big Fish had too much salt, and the fries tasted stale. I think I'll just stick to the breakfast menu at this location.
