We went on a Saturday for lunch, it was pretty crowded (which is usually the case in Conthey). You can either place your order at the cashier or at the self order kiosk. We used the self order kiosk and it was at times confusing with all these add up (extra sauce, no onion, extra meat, etc) which comes at a cost. Considering the crowd, the service was quite fast. They have screens where you can see the status of your order (in preparation, ready). They have tables outside but they are not covered. It was raining so we had to stay inside and we were lucky to find a table. The service was good and efficient. The food was of good quality for a fast food. The only downside is the cost. bk disappointed not, big burger with bk smoked taste, burger size was a great value for money and toppings fresh and sides were a good part and delicious. I am also pleased that paper straws are now being used. social distancing and hygiene rules followed, very clean with employees always around cleaning and disinfecting tables.
