(1) Well integrated with the mobile app, but when you go to pick up the order, the order information isn't readily visible (e.g., an easy to find number) and if the staff is busy you'll have to find it on your own. (2) Their impossible burger isgreat, though when two patties are ordered, they've forgotten to add the 2nd one on several occasions. (3) Lettuce, pickles,tomato quality is lacking. Take home and make it real with fresh veggies.
No one here really a) speaks English and b) even know that a Burger King app even exists. I was redeeming a coupon and the manager looked so confused. He was asking what it was and started speaking Spanish? could he not read? I read it to him and hebegrudgingly figured it out, after throwing his hands up and walking away for a minute. Very rude. They need training on theirown app AND customer service. Won?t come back.
What’s not to love about Burger King? I really appreciate good service, which can sometimes be hit or miss at fast food restaurants. One of the employees was working incredibly hard to ensure that everyone was attended to respectfully and promptly. We ended up getting an extra order because they accidentally made it twice, so I can’t complain about that at all. Keep up the great work, and we’ll definitely be back!
I had a great meal at this restaurant, the food was freshly made and delicious. However, the service was lacking. The cashier appeared irritated and did not communicate well. It felt as though I was an inconvenience. The restaurant could use a remodel as everything seemed old and outdated, although it was very clean. Réservez une table maintenant
I never go into fast food restaurants but I decided to try Burger King and their new crispy chicken sandwich. I was amazed how good it was. Fresh moist chicken on tasty bun with a nice hot sauce. Even the fries were top notch. I will try it again soon.
The service here is outstanding. The interior is quite clean, and the staff is friendly and efficient. If you're placing a large order, they offer the option to customize it to your needs. Overall, a great experience!
