Even though this isn't the closest BK to me, it's worth it to us to go a bit further for the great customer service at this location. Angel, the Manager, and his staff are friendly, helpful, and accurate. Angel always makes a point of greeting us personally, which I appreciate. He seems genuinely glad to have us as guests. In these days of impersonal and indifferent service, his attitude is quite welcome. We visit BK more often than we would otherwise just because we know we'll get great service here.
The staff was rude. I asked for fresh meat because the last time I was there the meat was cold. Food was ready to soon. So I touched the meat. It was cold. I asked them to re make my order and they refused. Drive thru person threw the receipt on the counter for my refund .Was more worried about getting the cup back then satisfying a customer. The manager refused to give me a name and number of a person employed by Burger King that cared about customer service.
My wife went to this burger king on her way home. Stopped by to get a couple of 2 for 5 and her a meal gets home no receipt. She went through the bag went to her car twice no luck. I called said burger king 7 times no one answered. I hope who ever kept that receipt enjoys themself if they get the PS5 that I was trying to get for my grandson
completely blew my order from the soda that was supposed to be a sprite but is fizzy water to the spicy chicken sandwich that is completely burnt and looks like road kill. I got this order while being across the street at Medical City of Arlington after just giving birth and I was craving a good sandwich. will NEVER order from here again

Tried calling before I wrote this review but no answer after a number of tries. I almost finished an impossible burger which cost 7.00 bucks to find a long (BLONDE)hair pulled from my mouth. GROSS. It was an absolute turn off and I want be back.
Not as busy as most places in the area. Staff is kinda rude and the drink area was dirty as employees stood around. The play area is in fact pretty clean and the kids seem to love it. One of the better burger kings in North Texas
Of course the whopper was awesome! But the fries were Not that great. It didn't taste like there was any salt on them. Overall a good dinner.
Delicious Breakfast !Super fast friendly service ! Clean store(went inside to get my order)everything was fresh ,Coffee is Great !
