I don't know if it's just me or if it was just this day. But are fast food places becoming more and more nasty? I ordered a couple of burgers and some chicken nuggets. Can you believe that I was given cold burgers. As of they were cooked 20 minutesago. And. It to mention my chicken nuggets looked like it was grabbed all together and they were all sticking together beforegetting fried and then dropped into the bag for me. I ordered a couple of burgers and some chicken nuggets, and the burgers were cold, as if they'd been sitting for 20 minutes. The chicken nuggets were clumped together, sticking before frying, and parts were still raw and soggy where they stuck. I won’t be ordering from Burger King again and will be deleting the app. I do love their onion rings and the Whopper, but this visit left a bad impression. November 15, 2022 order Bacon BK 2 for $6 and they gave us 1 BK and 1 Bacon Cheeseburger. We also ordered other food through the app and I asked for light condiments and they drenched my sandwiches. Returned the food, but the Supervisor in Wilkes Barre Twp was a little irate about replacing my items that he screwed up. May 12, 2012 I ordered a whopper through the app and it was missing bacon. I returned back to BK another burger was prepared for me, but the bacon was very hard. I thought I was eating beef jerky! The nuggets were soft soggy. The fries were limped. The food was poorly prepared!

The new Burger King on 309 past Dollar Tree is a great spot. I've been there three times, and the food is always well-prepared. The restaurant is clean, and the kids working there are polite and helpful. The only downside is that the manager should avoid reprimanding employees in front of customers; such feedback should be saved for a more appropriate time unless absolutely necessary.
I ordered the chicken tenders, and they were overcooked and dry. The staff was not very helpful either; they attempted to shortchange me on my order even after I had already paid. I would advise steering clear of this place—it's not worth your money.
It's a new location, so there may be some growing pains. However, the food lacks consistency. Sometimes the fries are cold, or the double cheeseburgers are warm while the fries are hot. I hope to receive my entire order fresh and hot in the future.

I had a terrible experience at a Burger King. After I paid for my meal, I waited almost ten minutes outside by the window. When my food finally arrived, it was cold.
I went through at busy lunch time and got food that sat a bit. I didn't think that would happen, maybe I'll try again for this location but it will be a while.
