Worst fast food establishment I have ever been to in my life. Sat at the board for 4 minutes with no answer. Pulled up to window where a female who claimed to be a manager completely ruined my order by trying to make me pay full price for items on the 2 for6 menu. When I pointed this out she got an even bigger attitude with me saying that it was my fault it wasn 't rang in correctly(I didn 't know I was an employee here but if I was I would work circles around all of the current employees they have) Becauseof her attitude I asked for a refund and she then had to go get someone else to do it for her I asked to speak to a manager andboth her and the dude almost simultaneously snapped off we we...
Best Burger King in the area. When I go to this location, I get what I want, no more, no less. The burgers always have that distinct charred taste and the ingredients/condiments always taste fresh. Not to mention their new chicken sandwiches. DEARGOD. They are far larger and far better tasting than you would expect from fast food. There is always a wait, but that'sjust....kind of a Burger King thing no matter where you are. At least as long as I've been alive.
I have given this place more chances than they deserve... I will never go back. The absolute worst service I have ever had in my life. Cold, Soggy, nasty food and it comes with a side of attitude if you say something. Also, the dishonest and in competent service is mind bowing. I can't understand why they are still open. I recommend going to a whole different location if you are craving burger King.
I think Burger King has won the chicken sandwich game. The size of it alone for the price puts it above the competition. The flavor and mouth feel is shockingly impressive. The Savory Sauce is perfect. The slight change to the ketchup compliments the fries. 4 stars because the fries were cold, old, and soggy. But the new hand-breaded chicken sandwich is a massive win! Order fresh, avoid delivery.

If you want a true truck stop experience where the bathrooms are nasty and the floors are sticky this is the place.. I should have took pictures of the bathroom it was gross. I get it it's a 24 hour restaurant but take 1 or 2 hours during the Night to sweep the floors and clean them
On my order, mom asked for two spicy Royal chicken sandwiches with bacon, royal sauce, tomato, and cheese. The only thing they got right was the tomato. The chicken itself is a bit undercooked. And the sandwiches as a whole were very mushy.
I filled out the survey and went in for my free whopper. They wouldn't honor the coupon, saying I had to make a purchase. The offer doesn't stipulate that. I wish I could take back the nice things I said in the initial survey.
Listened to an entire jazz number on NPR before the dude at the window remembered he was supposed to grab lids, after he went up to the door and just looked outside for a second. you have to have an IQ of 10 to work here.

Went in 2 hours before close, waited 51 minutes to get my food. One of my group was able to call the domino's across the street, walk over and get 3 pizzas before the rest of us got our food.
