Very very disappointed tonight. We went to Burger king in Port Arthur off of Twin city. Aside from the fact that there were only 4 people working and no one seemed to know what they were doing. They had ran out of ice, no cheddar jalepeno poppers, no correct wraps for the burgers they had no receipt paper. Apart from all that which is somewhat understandable in fast food. Its a fast food.? But what is unacceptable is rotten moldy bread. So disgusting. There was NO manager for ANYTHING. They had no direction no guidance couldn't handle the complaints of any of the other customers. So gross. I hope the management sees this and is ashamed.
Was it false advertising, incompetent staff, or just a flawed system? I tried to use a coupon on my order, but the employee told me I couldn't because I needed to mention the coupon before placing my order. Why is that necessary? Are they planning to give me something different, like lower quality or expired food? Every time I go to Jack in the Box, they adjust the price when I show them a coupon, but this woman didn't even want to check with the manager to see if they could make an exception. My issue isn't with paying full price; it's about honoring the advertised offers!
They are using old grease or refrying old fries. Fries oily and limp. Manager has a bad attitude, when I mentioned the fries were oily and not fresh she gave me a terrible look like I was wrong. The 2 employees at the front laughed she then took the fries back to give me another order which was the same so it must be the grease. Heard one of the front workers say the manager has a bad attitude today. It showed.
I usually don't write reviews on bad service and bad intentional food. This is not the first time at this location. There were globs of mayonnaise and so much mustard. We tried to wipe it off, it was just a waste of food. . I tried to take the survey, but the questions asked were so round about, I couldn't get my point across in the survey, so here I am. I tried calling the store, they would only hang up.

The burger was decent, but the fries were burnt and overly dry, and the Coke tasted more like mineral water with no flavor. Fortunately, I had some Pepsi at home. I decided to spend $11 on a large meal, but if I had known it would be so disappointing, I would have just ordered the sandwich for $6-7 instead. It was a real waste of money.
You prepared my burger just as I requested, and I appreciated that. The service team communicated well and was attentive. My burger even looked like the picture on the menu, especially with the extra toppings I ordered. If I’m paying for extras, I definitely want them to be noticeable.
The service here is very quick, and the staff is friendly. However, I find it frustrating that they request you to pick up your order every single time, even when there's no one else waiting behind you or if your order is already ready.
The food is always served hot and delicious. However, one side of the indoor air conditioning was not functioning very well, while the other side was blowing cold air.
