After a terrible night at work, I decided to come to this restaurant. I was craving pancakes, but I received much more than that. I was welcomed and treated like a human being. Kim took my order and was so kind to me that I had to thank her personally. I told her that she truly made my week and I will always be thankful for stopping by. Kim, you are amazing! I thank God for bringing you into my life.
I saw a young skater walk into the restaurant and request some water, but a staff member sharply informed him that it would cost money. I was shocked by the refusal of water; it should be a basic human right, not something that comes with a price tag. The service at this place left a lot to be desired.
I had a disappointing experience at Burger King. The manager was parked in a disabled spot without needing it, which is concerning. On my last visit, I ordered a chicken sandwich, and the bacon was cold; it didn't seem like they even attempted to heat it up. I mentioned it, but nothing was done.
The manager of this store parks in the handicap parking (illegally he has no plates) and when my friend in a wheelchair ordered a cheeseburger and asked about it he was told to leave the property as he was not welcome! He felt threatened and discriminated against. Do not eat here. Réservez une table maintenant
the manager parks on the disabled parking space without a poster and tells the people who actually live with impediments and in the wheelchair to take their own shops into account when asked. I will not go back to this place until the man he did also receives an apology.
Drive thru service was good. Not a long wait. As with 99% of chain fast food restaurants, the menu photos are better than the food. I like the BK fries as well. However a medium was more like what used to be a small. But it was tasty and fit the bill.
One of the employees parked in the disabled parking spot because they didn't want their car broken into, NOT because they were disabled. When a disabled customer requested to use the space for parking, the employees refused and told him to leave.
Not a great experience today. The fries were very salty. They get more salty each visit. My burger had so much of the condiments the top bun was wet. I know they can do better. Thier whopper is my favorite burger from a fast food joint. Réservez une table maintenant
