I never leave reviews, but this time around I feel like I have to. I ordered 2 whoppers. I also ordered an 8 piece nugget, and a large drink. The cashier wanted to charge me for 2 separate Whoppers, instead of the 2 for 5 deal. Total $17.45. I told her something is wrong, that is too much. She said I didn't specify I wanted the 2 for 5 deal. Then wanted to charge me $13.58. I told her wrong again. This time the manager got involved. He was upset when I asked how much is a large drink. She mysteriously wanted to charge me for 2). Finally got the order correct, my total is $10.91. I stopped eating here since they always mess up my order and act rude or weird about it. I work in food service we just get it right the first time or fix it no problem no reason to get upset. I figured yesterday I'd try again, yet again messed up my order was rude about it did make it right but then I got home and the buns on the sandwich were stale. It seems to me all the burger king's in Springfield get things wrong don't train very well and act mean to people. If you don't like your job no one is forcing you to work.
I like this location but the kitchen makes so much noise the poor lady taking orders can't hear and this causes issues. The dining room is open so there is a good amount of seating. ? burger was cold. This has been an issue with every burger King I have tried in the springfield area.
I had to wait in line for 22 minutes with four cars ahead of me, just to order three small items. When I finally got my burger, it was so cold that the cheese didn’t melt, and they didn’t include any sauce for the chicken fries.

I ordered a mobile order, requesting no pickles on my burger, but unfortunately it was still served with pickles. I also did not receive any drinks or fries. It should have been a simple request to fulfill.
The dining room was very clean! The food was served fresh and hot. The manager was more than fair, and accommodating. And even the ketchup packets were clean, without a bunch of goo and gummy on them.
Food wasn't hot. Staff need to do better with wearing gloves and masks in the store. If they drink so little, do it without customers you consider while you are in the back.
The service was fast. It was cold. I'm sorry because I was hungry and on the break so I couldn't eat. The bungalow was hot, but the meat was cold.

The bacon on my value menu cheeseburger was soft and flavorful! Super impressed. The cookie with the 5 for $4 deal was pretty good too.
The food was satisfactory, but I was quite taken aback to find exposed wiring in the men's restroom!
