The drive thru is slow, always. And the staff is super rude for no reason. Tried going here twice and same results. The chicken wrap looked like someone bit off of it and half was gone. I threw it away. They always make you pull up and wait. And don't say thanks or have a nice day, nothing. Don't goto the one on Dorchester rd. Horrible
1/28/24 at 10:45 am. I was in the drive through no one greeted us on the intercom. I had to be at work by 11. I went to check the door. both were locked. Just close the restaurant already if you dont have staff to staff them. I saw one girl in there. that is just ridiculous. So now Im late for work with no food.
The food was hot and fairly good. However, the line to place an order was quite lengthy, and the customer service representative appeared to be unfamiliar with the procedures. I think this is more of a reflection on the company’s inadequate training rather than the individual's performance.
I know things aren't going to look like they do on TV, but this isn't it by half. Was supposed to have the mushroom and Swiss... what I got was a dried cheeseburger with a few mushrooms. Maybe it was just the location? ?? Réservez une table maintenant
As you know a lot of these places are short handed and for that I'm patient.The lady was apologetic for my having to wait but my food was good and fresh or the drive I had to make.I will make that drive
The drive-thru should have been open, but it wasn't. In fact, the restaurant wasn't open for in-person orders either. I only saw one employee there. There’s definitely room for improvement!
This location always seems to be out of the items you want! They frequently don't have what you’re looking for or are unable to serve something that’s listed on the menu.
Only one lane open for the drive thru took at least 15 20 mins from start to Réservez une table maintenant
